99 Voyager - Cruise Light Blinks Cruise Does Not Work

The title says it all...

Cruise light blinks but cruise does not work.

When at stoplight, cruise light remains on till I let off the brake.

Clock spring recall done in Feb'05

Have you checked the brake switch that disengages the cruise?
