co2 intercoolers

i was just thinking and designing some basic intercoolers and i wonderd, could you have an intercooler where it sprays c02 around the pipe cooling it greatly?

I heard it was law in New Zealand that every time you spray CO2 around an intercooler pipe you have to plant a tree. The reasoning being-- that you don't want to transform the oceans into seltzer water and make the fish burp.

yes, quite common with dyno queens. Not much can beat it for extreme temp drop on the intake charge.

no not a direct spray, a coil that goes in the intake tube and co2 being injected into the coil.
