96 Wheel and Trim Line Questions

I am currently looking at what is said to be a 96 Century. It is blue/blue. I am supposed to see it this Saturday but a concern of mine came up. The wheels on the car are the darkened looking ones as you can see in the picture. Were these even available in 96? I haven't seen any late model Centuries with these wheels. Can you tell how old it is by this picture? My concern is that if it's old, it might not have an airbag, which my dad made a requirement on the car he's gonna buy me. The guy that has it emails infrquesntly but I asked him for a VIN. Also, can you tell me about the different trim lines and what each had on it for the later model ones?

My 94 Century has an airbag so I am sure that yours does! You can probably find out more about your potential car's options by checking on the Edmunds car site.
