Question 1993 /2.2 /Berretta only runs bad when raining ???

I bought a used vehicle within the past month and noticed that anytime it rains or is humid outside the car starts fine ,runs ok after a minute or 2 or when i switch to reverse or drive ,the Idle goes up and drops to about 100 rpm with the car almost about to quit unless i drive it for about 5 min /gets warmed up it runs great .I asked a service tech and said it may be an Ignition module and its a pain to fix ,does anybody have any other suggestions ....I have all new plugs and bosch wires on it so it isnt that ?...out of ideas

thanks
