Question pulling fuel injectors

what do i need to do to pull the injectors from a 1986.5 supra 3.0 sport hatchback/

Remove the fuel rail and pull them out. Be careful when disconnecting the electrical connectors. The old plastic may be brittle and the connectors may break off. Be sure to replace the o-rings before reinstalling the injectors. It helps to use a little petroleum jelly on the o-rings for installation. It will help prevent the o-rings from pinching during installation.

do i need to make sure there is no fuel pressure or drain the fuel tank or anything like that?

You can eliminate the fuel pressure by pulling the fuel pump relay and cranking the motor.
