Dash removal 1997 Tahoe

I need to replace the Evaporator on my 97 Tahoe and cannot find any specific instructions on removal of the dash. Can anyone suggest a place where I can find some? Thanks.

Re: Dash removal 1997 Tahoe

Well it's been awhile since I sold my 97 tahoe, but from what i remember the dash is just snapped in there. I don't really remember many screws, if any.
I would start from the drivers side and carefully pull out, and work my way on the top. I know the cup holder should be pulled out and you will have to adjust the steering wheel and probably the shifter too. Like I said it has been a while since I did this so I may not be 100% right, but I hope this might help in some way. Good luck!
