Exclamation Brake Problem

I Have a 1992 Bonneville and blew a brake line, the line was fixed and the brakes were bled but when I went to leave for work, I put the car in reverse and ended up hitting the fence in our yard because I had no brakes. I put the car into drive and the brakes were back, now in drive and reverse I have brakes but they are a little spongy. any suggestions? I am afraid to drive it as it may happen while I am at work or something.

Re: Brake Problem

I had a 92 bonney that I gravity bled the system, and it worked great. Just raise the vehicle and open all the bleeder valves, and keep the master cylinder full, and let gravity do its thing. Sounds like you have air in your system somewhere.
