Question 96 Dodge Neon shifting problem

I have 96 Neon. I have replaced clutch throwout pressure plate and clutch cable. I'm still having problem with grinding when you put it in reverse. From reading some other threads i have the impression it could be the bushings where the shifter cables meet the transmission, but im not sure can anyone help me

how long have you driven a neon with this problem. I dont want to ruin the transmission, but if it no big deal i wont worry about it.

well your not driving it with the problem its just when you put it into gear. its not continuous after its in gear.
