Outside temp display and AC

On a 99 is the sensor in front of the radiator for the outside temp display the same one used for the climate control AC readings - seen several posts but can't determine if the same one and don't have a wiring diagram. Sensor is #9152245. Outside display off several degrees and when over 90 the AC sometimes acts alittle flacky with the fan slowing down and smells moist like the core is freezing but then kicks right back in OK and no problems found at shop....

Does the fan motor hold good speed in manual mode?
Check the evaperator drain for good drainage.
And if a cabin filter check or change it.
If auto controls you will need a good body capable scanner to check things out and to check the outside tempt sensor reading to air cond conroler.
If there is a problem you should have a body code set.
