Anyone Know which fuse I need to replace to get the horn and break lights to work?

I don't have an owner's manual because I bought this car used and it didn't come with it. So, if anyone can help me out with this question that'd be awsome!

Or does anyone know a website to go to to find this information without having to pay to have an owner's manual shipped?
