93 vr4...borla exhaust?????

I was thinkink about putting on borla exhaust on my 93 vr4. does anyone know what it will sounds like? i know what is sounds like on a trans am, but thats a v8. I was just wondering if its even close to that? thanks

The car is completly stock i will order the whole system i found it for like $$$750.

cat...pre-cats...but only if u live in a state that doesnt have emissions checks lol

and only if you can afford a test pipe and o2 housings/precat eliminators


but that should bolt right to the stock cat, so youll be good to go

On a side note, a Borla fabrication shop is in the same building where my wife works.

Get some PB blaster and soak all the bolts the night before, it will make removal alot easier. On a sidenote, I think Borla sounds great, but it is like only a 1/10 of an inch wider than the stock exhaust, so performance-wise I think it is WAY over priced. I'd upgrade the downpipe first, but to each his/her own. Just my .02

Here you go, there is a decent vid of what it will sound like with an ATR Downpipe and Cat combo and stock pre-cats.

There is also a vid somewhere on youtube.com if I'm not mistaken. They are wonderful exhausts IMO! I plan on getting a borla with SS down pipes in the near future.
