Cool Steering Alignment

This a followup to a previous thread. Details are as follows: steering wheel is upside down in straight position, full revolutions when turning right, only half revoluton when turning left, turn signal doesn't disengage when turning left.

The truck was struck a glancing blow on the passender side. No damage to steering knuck, or steering shafts. When turning right, wheel stop does not engage the steering knuckle. There is damage to the couple between the steering shaft and steerig gear.

If I change this couple, how to I get the steering wheel aligned properly?
