Low Coolant Light

hi i have a 1995 bonneville sse and the low coolant light stays on constantly and wont turn off, could you guys tell me how to make it turn off or if i can bypass it or something to make it turn off? its not that big of a deal but it bothers me when lights stay on especially since i had the plenum replaced because i was losing coolant but didnt know it because the light stayed on all the time, but now its just annoying
