I have an '88 Camaro 2.8, I replaced the ECM because it wasn't commanding the Air pump diverter valve on when activated with the Scan tool. After replacing the ECM and turning the key on the Check Engine Light(CEL) would flicker and the car would barely run when started. I tried a second ECM with the same results. Power and grounds to the ECM are good. Was possibly thinking I had a bad Prom and would like to know if anyone had a similar problem. CEL was on steady before ECM was replaced with KOEO.

Re: 88 2.8L Check Engine Light flickers KOEO
Make sure all the harness connectors are clean and tight.
