your down stream O2 sensor is detecting that the converter is not working as efficently as it should.
things that might be causing this, An oxygen sensor is not (functioning) properly. The engine coolant temperature sensor is not working properly . Damaged exhaust / catalytic converter / exhaust pipe or the spark timing is Retarded.(Not LD) ![]() The best thing is to reset the code and see if it comes back. Check your warnty on the exhaust/coverter these are coverd long after the bumper to bumper warnty is over.
