Can anyone recommend a solution?
I've got a 95 Civic. It's my first real car. The first year of owning it has been problem free until now. It's been pretty good to me, but I think the Michigan roads maybe too much for it. When I'm riding on the highway it feels as though it is swaying back and forth like the wind is blowing at over 100mph. Every bump and pothole feels exagerated. Am I just in need of new shocks and springs, or am I in need of something much more serious?
I'd really like any help that anyone could offer. Thank you, Nabeeh Hasan |

if you don't plan to lower your car new shocks will help, there is no need for new springs.

I was thinking about buying one of those Eibach Sportline kits. Those are matched springs and shocks for like a 1.75" drop. But I may have to settle for some standard shocks for now. I just don't know how long shocks last on roads like these here in Michigan. I got the car used with 92K miles, so I hope that is the solution.

a possiblity is that you need an alignment. if your toe is off, it can cause exaggerated affects from bumps and things like that.
