cyn 2 missing

i keep losing cyn 2 ford has has put in 2 brand new motors annd both times cyn 2 was bad . what would cause this ?

Without knowing anything about your truck (year, make model, engine, add ons, mods, etc, etc, etc.) it's really hard to help.
