'87 Bronco w/new engine Seized already.

I Got the new engine rebuilt from a manufacturer. The bronco sat outside for two weeks and whe i went to start it there was an awful clunking and then silence. When the key turns it just clicks. There is oil in it. any ideas as to why this happened??
