dual alternators

I've got alot of electrical on board my new rig for off-roading, and i was wonderinf if anyone knew of any dual alternator kits for our beasts. I'm looking for a alternator kit to run 2 alternators on a '91 4.3 motor.

Anyone know of where i might find one?

Re: dual alternators

You're better off getting a HO alternator and a second battery with an isolator.

Re: dual alternators

If you have some extra room under the hood I would recomend that you install a compressor like this one

You would of course use your truck motor instead of an electric motor, but I imagine that you get the point

edit, I can't post the pictures yet, but I've got some pictures of a really nice bumper that has a holding tank built in. I'll ask the owner if he minds me posting them when I meet him next week.
