Need help Code P1309

It appears to be Ford specific. P1309

Cant find anywhere on the net to show all codes. Can someone please tell me what this is.

Sorry forgot to mention, mechanic replaced the Camshaft position sensor and components today. Can this be the cause of the P1309 code? Its going back to him tommorrow.
