Torque Specs

Does anyone have the torque specs on a 2000 Hyundai Elantra GLS Sedan Nut on the Flange for the Front disk brakes?

Not sure what you're looking for exactly, but here are some torque specs for 2000 elantra front disc brakes (Haynes manual).
Caliper mounting bolts-16 to 24 foot pounds
Caliper pin bolt-26 to 33
caliper mounting bracket bolts-51 to 55
Disc-to-hub nuts-37 to 44
