Talking W.I.P. "Last Run: 2003 JGTC Champion"
Greeting to all...When I look into my calender, I found out that I can't make it on time with Ferrari FXX into Tamiya comp, so I will drop out and find something easiler and could be faster compelete. But not to worry, as I will be back to FXX later...maybe few months
So here I start on the diorama I always wanted to build. Actually this diorama had happen on the JGTC history, it was in 2003 Suzuka round 8 (last round) and both car (Xanavi #23/ Pitwork #22) came back in last round and the crew were excited to cheer on both cars.
Here the diorama involved these: 30 figures, 1 pit stand, 2 cars with drivers and lot of detail and wheathering. So far, I had done mix building on 10 figures (3 still without arms), you can see is still a long way to finish. Sponser had to draw and printed soon. I only got 2 picts to show, I will show more after a week later.



Some comment will be great.

Excellent concept!! Can't wait to see where you go with it.

If this were my project, I imagine I'd draw heavily from the items produced for the Epson Nakajima NSX papercraft site, like the pit and garage sets...

Thanks, I also forgotten that I actually had download some of those papercraft pit and garage before. It could really save me lots of time to build those pit.

I've open 7 box of Tamiya Rally crew set, and most of the figures are in different pose, below picture could see, all figure had been putty and let dry. I had sanded 8 figures, and left 13 to go (total is 21 figures, as I found out the base is too small to contain 27 figures).

Built a stand, not easy to do(maybe only for me). Sponser decal had ready to send for printing

Tomorrow will continue to sand those figures...stress, stress, stress!
