94 2.2 won't start..any ideas?

Ok well I'm getting fuel(pulled the plugs and they were pretty wet and smelled like gas). I'm getting spark but its really weak according to the Haynes manual since its not a prominent Blue color, its actually more orangy/yellow color. I had the coil packs, and the iginition module checked at autozone and they were within the resistance ohms that were in the book there. One of my spark plug wires has a crack in it and they are original so I'm not sure that is the culprit of it not starting. Its turns over and over but just doesn't feel like its getting enough oomph to start. Does this sound like a plug wire problem or coil packs?
