Radio/speakers stopped working

Has anyone had a problem with stock speakers quitting?
My 1993 K1500 rear and left side speakers have no sound.
Yesterday the front and right started to cut out.
Is this a radio problem, speaker problem, or both?
Thanks for any advice.

Re: Radio/speakers stopped working

What options are best in replacing the radio with a bit better sound?
I've not taken the original (standard) AM/FM out yet. Any brand/model# would be appreciated.
