Exclamation How do I check fuel injector 4 for misfire?

I replaced all my spark plugs and still have a misfire on cylander 4. How can I check the fuel injector. Is it really hard? Anyone know of any good links that could guide me through the process?

Thanks for any help!

Basic test is to get a mechanics stethoscope on the injector and see if you hear it clicking, that still may not be the final test, if you are sure the cylinder has compression and spark, disconnect the injetcor and see if there is a change, if none it is probably bad.

Re: How do I check fuel injector 4 for misfire?

Ok! I did notice some clicking this morning before I pulled out of the garage.

Unfortunately I need to drive this car to work until I get it fixed. I was given the hint that this isnt the end of the world for my engine if I drive it so I need to get to work haha.

I still need to know which fuel injector is # 4 on the top of my engine? Also, do I just unplug the connector on the top of the engine where #4 is?

I have not even changed spark plugs until last night so I need to be treated like a noob when it comes to cars
