Those are friggin awesome dude, finally huh.

Oh yeah, and I had an idea for your paint scheme, what about carbon fiber flames going on the hood and sides? Like outline flames and then paint everything but - then use cf vinyl on the rest of the doors that arn't real cf.

Yeah, you need to seriously put a rush on the paint. Right now it just looks icky.

Edit: Ive been checking these out for a bit now and I still stand by the believe that any rim over a 17" with really low pro tires just doesnt look right/good. Looks like your going to be doing some off roading.

Re: Check out Zee DUUUBS... YO!

Yes, yes.... I know about the paint. I don't want to take a short cut while doin the car, its 8 years old and has seen 6 NY winters and some spots are showing the signs of that in hidden places. This is why i am choosing to have the entire car repainted instead of just the body kit which i could have that done at any point in time. However, Cav are nortorious for rusting out in the bottom seams of the doors and i have been fighting it, and i want to get it really taken care of and not just touched up like the last place just did to it. So thats why i have to pay out the arse for a quality shop and quality work.

yeah i dont blame you for not wanting to take any shortcuts. it also sucks that a quality paint job costs lots of money... but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Re: Check out Zee DUUUBS... YO!

Def gonna be one of the hottest 4 doors cavys around! Cant wait to see it painted! Also if ur gonna paint your carbon fiber heres and idea, a guy i goto shows wit has the same setup as urs wit the carbon fenders and hood n this is what he did. Sorry Lances133 but carbon fiber vinyl is not the route to go looks like u took the cheap way out and is tacky.

I love the stance with those 18s on it. Not as low as I thought it would look though.

That spoiler is growing on me...

Looking good Cody. How much is the paint going to run you? Those look like 17's, are they 18's?

Re: Check out Zee DUUUBS... YO!

The wheels are 18"s, but due to the massive lip in them, the wheel look a little smaller. I wasn't able to find 19"s for our size needed for our cars since they no longer make these wheels.

Jersey- Thats a pretty sweet idea man with the CF.

I know it's tacky but I only meant for it to be used on the doors for whatever was left of the flames that didn't fit on the fender, I was actually hoping for someone to say another idea that would work besides the vinyl, I just figured it'd be a sweet idea, instead of painted flames, outline them on the hood and fenders and have cf flames with airbrush on the edges to give it that 3d look...maybe only have them on the hood and fenders? I dunno how else to do it if it continued on the doors...without using vinyl. Maybe I'm the only one but I think it's a damn sick idea by itself.

Re: Check out Zee DUUUBS... YO!
