Re: Intake nipple
I believe that nipple is meant for the line that comes from the valve cover, in that case just either tape it off or plug it some how cause you don't want air going through that hole cause then the air fuel mixture might be off by a little cause then the MAF is not reading accuratly.

Re: Intake nipple
See the PM I sent you. Since you already told me it wasn't the valve cover breather nipple, or the nipple for the charcoal canister, it's the nipple that connects to the stock BCS.

Re: Intake nipple
Ok well something to do with boost control is definitely a possibility because now even with my mbc on my boost runs wild again. How can I stop it should I hook my mbc to that nipple (is it a pressure source)?

Re: Intake nipple
No, if you have an MBC, you need to cap off that nipple with a rubber stopper. That nipple has nothing to do with aftermarket boost controll. That nipple is only for the stock BCS and if you aren't using the BCS, you don't use that nipple. Are you sure you have your boost controller hooked up right?

Re: Intake nipple
It was working fine up until I installed the intake. I may have knocked off the line going to the wastegate actuator I guess Ill have to check that tommorow. I can't figure out what happened.
