2002 G-am big problems Help!!

i have a 2oo2 grand am..been having problems with losing speed while going up a hill and while idle the a/c cause the car to knockoff. ..well on the 4th , very hot, had my dad in car and turned on a/c after driving for about 20 mins...it completely lost power (but all my lights were still on) steering locked up and when i tried to re-start, it tries to turn over but doesnt get any fire to actually crank....what can i do ..its sitting on side of road and is driving me !!!! please HELP!!!!
