Circuit Breaker 3 Seat power 94'Ultra FIX

My Park started popping Circuit breaker 3 under the I/P...
Found it to be the Tilt Back switch on the side of the passenger seat shorting pins to the seat frame.

Pulled off the switch with a Phillips #2 and wrapped with electric tape and replaced.

Whalah.. Seats work again..
