I find autoarts a pain in the ass to modify, especially the wheels. They have very thin and small plastic framework keeping the wheels on, you'll have a hard time messing with it. How about something simple? Just take apart the car and spray paint the wheels gloss black.

Put some neon glow on the bottom. Im going to use blue ones on my mustang saleen. You may have seen it. Its sonic blue.
