'97 Odyssey Rear Wiper Replacement

Hey. I am trying to change the wiper blades on my mother-in-law's '97 Odyssey. The fronts are a piece of cake, although it looks like Anco's guide indicated the wrong size for the passenger side.

How in the hell is the rear wiper blade replaced?! It appears as though the entire arm needs to be replaced.

Is that the case, or is there a way to get just the blade off?

Thanks. The guy at the auto parts store replaced it for me. Took more than the ordinary 'unclipping', as he had to pry the OEM part off and replace it with an adapter and new blade.

I have an '05 Odyssey and had the same problem. I ended up going to the dealer for the rear wiper.
