Plugs, coils, plug boot inserts...

After owning only cars that have had plug wires, this z24 with coils is all new to me.

*Can you replace the coils? If so are there performance ones or anything better then oem ones?
*What exactly are the deal with the spark plug boot inserts from rksport, what do they do?
*What are the best plugs for performance, i dont need the really expensive ones since i dont have boost or nitrous.
*What MSD product would be a good application? Or the Nology coil amps, I don't know about those either, any info?

Basically, what can I do to the ignition system to make it really good and have high performance? Well by "high performance", i mean the highest possible for just an ignition system. I am glad I don't have wires to worry about because I'd probly go out and buy the expensive as hell Nology hot wires.

Ahh, i think thats it, thanks in advance.

Yeah, I know I should know most of this but I don't. I've only dealt with cars that have wires and everybody else I know has only had wires too, so I'm in the dark on this one and could use the knowledge.
