Sputtering at low rpm's

I have a 1996 Cavalier that just like sputters or misfires at a low rpm when im driving like say if i was driving n i tried to keep speed at 25 to 35 depending on speed limit it will start sputtering or missfiring. what could cause that i changed spark plugs, spark plug wires, and o2 sensor. what els would be wrong sometimes it makes my check engine light come on . plz help

get your engine code checked and go from there, but it could be a fuel filter
