injector problems

i just recently installed a b16a into my crx.....after the install was complete i went to start it and nothing happend.....i checked the injectors and the #4 injector is constantly staying on and the other three wont work.....CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

Did you have the dual port system before and rewire the ecu and injectors after the swap?
