what is step decking?

I always hated falling off my deck in my backyard, so I put steps on it & made it into a step deck.

Actually, a step deck is a kind of trailer pulled by semis. It's a flat trailer, & the rear end has 'steps' ,actually ramps to roll things onto them (like construction vehicles).

I'v also heard milling a head on an angle called step decking, but only by one person, and he was drunk, and stupid.
