Park Avenue does 220mph??

Is this just for style or has the potential?? Reason is because Im lookin to get a new car, between the Park Avenue Ultra and the Cadillac DTS.. Also I seen a STS that said 220mph..

Can someone please explain... about this 220 mph....
My 93 Lesabre said 100mph, but did over 120 for sure, it would go all the way to the bottom of the numbers till it couldnt move...

Might be a Canadian version (kilometers per hour), not sure though. What I know is that the US version goes up to 140 (mph), which would be about 220 (kph).

However, I thought that 97 and later PA's can be switched from English to Metric display so there would be no need for different dials.

Of course, the cars do not go that fast! They have a speed governor. Dunno the exact speed from the top of my head, but the pre-1997 PA's were limited to 112mph.

220kph is roughly equal to 130mph

You know, in order for an average car to make 220 mph, it needs at least 700 BHP. That is a kph (kilometer per hour) meter. Divide by 1.609 and you get mph.
