Center console LED's not lit up...

Having a issue with the illumination of the buttons in the center console not being lit up. For example the images of a person sitting and arrows pointing for head, feet or the windshield. The light for the radio buttons and similar are also not lit up. The green LED below these images however are lit up, just not the images themselves. Does anyone know if there's a interior fuse that all of these are linked to by chance? If so, can you please state which one because I tried to look at the fuse panal and I could not find one to correspond to those LED's. If not, what could it be?

Also, the dim switch is all the way as high as it'll go before it actually 'clicks' and causes the interior lights to go on.
