Bad U-Joints maybe?

I have a weird Grindin Noise.....does it real bad when going up hill. WOuld that be my U-Joints are going bad?

I would not suspect the u joints if there is a grinding noise. The u joints should be heard at any speed and road condition. A little more information is needed.
