New to street raceing need help!!!!!

Ok well im new to street raceing and im yongue. I have a 1991 Honda Accord. Its really reliable and has had a lot of work put into it so that it runs like new. Its stick shift of corse. I need to know what to put into it to make it go fast and for it to help me win races. First thing i am going to do to it is paint it black and put some work on the outside. Them i am going to work on the interior. Finally i need help with the engin. I know what to do with the rest of the car but i dont know i need to do under the hood. If you guys and girls could get back to me and tell me what i need to upgrade. Im willing to put a couple thousand dollars worth of work to the engin. I think its tops at liek 110 or 120 right now ro thats as fast as ive gotten it. Im also thinking about NOs. What do you think about that.

If you wanna street race do performance first, and visual upgrades later imo.

Re: New to street raceing need help!!!!!

LMAO just stick to watching The Fast and the Furious movies, thats about as close as your going to come to street racing. Your just a typical ricer, and prolly wont ever be anything more than that. Not many people here can give you the help you need to make your car look cool to you, except the guy named Ricer.

On a side note, i think your a moron and will prolly kill someone or yourself in the near future. Wait till you have a real car to street race and wait till you have a good 3+ years of driving experience. Otherwise dont street race, your seriously gonna hurt yourself or someone else.

Cut off all the body pannels, it saves weight. Check out the SCC Technical Assistance Program, they'll tell ya what to do to make your car fast. Oh, and if you use Naz, spray at elast a 200 shot. Otherwise, its just a waste.

Oh man this thread is gonna get clossed faster then a Z06 can run a 1320!

Ok streetracing 101: first rule about street racing- Accords are slow!
Im serious kid, Im not hating. there are a few fast Hondas out there and much respect to them but unless you roll in a S2000 or an NSX then you got another slow Honda, even the Civic SI is madd cow slow.

so If your serious about dropping a couple of grand into your engine just get rid of that shit bucket and get a fast car.
Hondas do hold thier resale value quite well so trade it in plus whatever money you got set aside for mods and get a fast car.

Shit bucket, eh? That shit bucket will probably still be running even after your car runs its cycle .

As far as street racing goes, what to prep for, how to do it, and so on...well get practice. If you want to prep that car for any type of racing, well it's going to take a few dineros. Quite a few actually. I'd highly recommend you get some practice with that car. But even still, don't. It's not worth it. Save up, research what would be best, and keep it legit. Street racing is fun, exciting, and a rush like non other. But the penalties nowadays are just not worth it.

That being said, this thread is going to be closed. Judging from the past few posts I can already see where this is going. Anyway. Just stick to what I said. Practice, research, and be safe. You'll find it more rewarding in the long run.
