the 2002 Evo wasn't sold in the US.

motorex is out of business and their owner is in jail.
They also never did anything regarding mitsubishis.

motorex was a company that imported Skylines. The owner is in jail for tax evasion and because he lied to the USDOT regarding the modifications he claimed he was making to the skylines before selling them.

i'm thinking, there are some LHD 02 evos from other markets like the Philippines, although they're a bit scarce, have you tried sourcing from there?

RHD/LHD isn't the issue, the issue is that '02 Evos don't meet US Crash or Emissions standards.
