My 94 Accord
1994 Accord LX 5 speed 2.2 litre non v-tec. It has a cold air intake, and muffler cut off with just a tip in place of it. As far as i know everything else is stock. Today i put the Bosch Platinum +4 spark plugs in it and decided just to go for a joy ride. I went to this nice straight-away and decided to launch around 3,000 rpms and see how quick i could get to 60 mph just for the hell of it lol. My only means of timing myself was my cd player. I started a song over, revved up to 3 grand, looked back down at the cd player and let off the clutch when the clock hit 1 second. First gear went quick, and the end of second was passing 60. when i looked back down the song was at 5 seconds. I did this again, because i didnt believe it and i came up with the same time. The song didnt skip or anything lol, it was just regular time. Now is this even possible for my accord to be this quick nearly stock (well as far as i know). Maybe the previous owner did some work to it??? I will post some pictures of the car tomorrow.

Re: My 94 Accord
No. It is a very poor method of timing.

Re: My 94 Accord
Buy yourself a cheap digital stopwatch. That's better than your method.
