Differences between 4.3 HO and Non HO

we have a blazer with the 4.3 high output motor..buying an s10 with the standard 4.3L v6 nnon HO..

the only differences ive found are:
milder cams
and 10 less HP

anything else?

What years are these, the vortec; cpfi was 30 hp more than the tbi engine in the early 90's.

That's about it for the 96+ W and Z difference. Cam and minor ECM programming.

For the 92-95 it was a bit more (30 hp) and was the cam, injection system, ecm...
