I think I have become uninterested in my girlfriend. I suck at saying what I feel, so I can never say anything the way I intend it. But, I think I really have lost interest in her. She is going to take it really badly, but what else am I supposed to do? Im not going to live in this pretend relationship. Right now I think I just want to be single for awhile. Seriously though, you just have to tell her. Everyone has to deal with heartache at some point in time, so this is her turn. Just don't play games, don't suddenly realize you want her back, or you think you do, or any of that stuff. Make sure it's really what you want and then tell her how you feel.

She came over a little while ago. She said she wouldnt break up with me. So I told her that I'm probably not that easy to live with. Oh well we'll see how it goes. I guess I can stay with her for awhile.

Yeah. Some relationships just run their course and then it becomes stale and uninteresting. Can you pinpoint any particular reason you're bored with her? If you can, maybe you can try to bring that up with her instead of jumping to break up. But if she just all around isn't the person for you, then break it off for the good of both of you. How long you been goin out?

Pretty much what's been said sounds good; there's no point in being with her if you don't feel anything. I would really try to stress it to her that you no longer want the relationship and explain it in a way that *hopefully* helps her understand as it seems she's in denial about it.

yeah. she can't get over it. she keeps saying " I cant do this" etc. I feel bad but Im just done. neither of us were happy. I wish she would just let it go.

Actually, she may not be. But either way, just avoid her as much as possible. Trying to talk her into being ok with it will make it worse. Don't call her, don't go see her, don't do anything to have any contact with her.

I'd say weeks since they've seen each other for 2 years, but i don't know anything about this stuff (age 22, dated one girl in my life). wish my roomate would listen to your advise though. same situation, but doesn't avoid her or stop calling like he should. now she's still in our house every day

My friend got dumped and her ex is still pretty much just using her for sex because she still loves him and won't move on. It's sad. Us girls can be stupid sometimes.
