no ignition spark

my 93 integras coil isnt putting anything out, the coils resistances are within specs and it is reciving 12v power so im clueless. right before it cut off i was using intake cleaner so i dont know if a sensor might have been damaged. if anyone has any ideas or knows how to test any ignition related senors i would apreaciate it. so far i have no check engine light.

Re: no ignition spark

testing the coil or ignitor with a multimeter, narrows the problem, but, does not confirm they are bad. the best way to test the coil and ignitor is to use a known working one.

Re: no ignition spark

turned out to be the coil even thought it had good reistance, it just picked up a cheap "performance" type one laying out on the counter in a auto store and its working fine, atleast untill my cheap "g-sports" coil fries
