I have a 2001 malibu that won't start. It has 100,000 miles new fuel pump and filter. Please help. How do I reset the computer. will this help.

Won't start can mean a lot. Is it clicking? Is is turning over and not starting? It can be fuel or spark or chip or timing belt or . . . . . .
