Costum Exhaust Pipe(easy)

Alright, this is my first tip page so it might not be so great. Also i havent exactly tried this but i think that it'll work, i cant really find any flaws in the idea.

So, this is how i came up with this idea. I was riding in my car on my way to the beach, and i was pretty bored. I had one of those water bottles that have the "sport cap"(i think it was like 'palomar mountain spring' water). But you know how the water bottles have those little plastic seals that assure that its "fresh" or something. Well, i was playing with that and i happened to roll it up, and it was the perfect shape of an exhaust pipe! So i rolled this thing up just right, so it was all even and everything, and was thinking how to make it. And this is what i came down to:

-Get a water bottle(with the sport cap)
-Carefully remove the seal.
-Roll it up to desired width(the way it should go, obviously.)
-Then tape it with like some scotch tape or something.
-then ur gonna fill this thing with some putty.
-Let it dry over a couple days(depending on how long it takes for ur putty to dry).
-Be sure that the putty is dry all the way through.
-Remove the seal.
-Then use a low grade sand paper to smooth it out.
-Paint it with the desired color. (most likely chrome)
-And find a way to attach it to the car.

If you guys find any flaws in this project tell me!
im also gonna try it soon and ill post some pics along the process.

i just made mine!!

it was actually extremely simple but we'll see when it is finished. It was like a mold and i just injected the putty. It took me about five seconds.

Exactly. Or an old radio antenna if you can't find any at your hobby store (look at my 300Zx convertible)
