Question

99 Breeze Emblem/Logos removal

I have a 99 breeze which I want to fix up, the Expresso logo on the side and the rear plymouth sticker looking logo is dirty looking, I want to take them off. Whats the best way to get it off? and also the front emblem is cracked so i wanted to replace that with an alternate one. Help!..Thanks!
