What else needed for 5 speed swap 99 accord?

What else do I need for my 5 speed swap into my 99 accord 2.3L LX?
So far I got the tranny, the m/t ecu, clutchmasters stage 1 clutch, DC Sports Short Shift Adapter(I wanted the true leanracing short shifter but he stopped taking orders awhile back)
The shift linkage, the shift console, the clutch pedal and brake, clutch master cylinder and slave. Anything else that I am missing that I should get or need?
I know the m/t axles are shorter then the automatic ones, but what if i just keep the a/t ones, what would happen? If you guys have any suggestions or tips for the install let me know thanks a bunch.
