Throttle Pulley anyone?

So, i've been looking for a throttle pulley for a while now, cant seem to locate one. Not looking for a OEM one, looking for aftermarket w/ lighter weight for better throttle response, i've been looking all over forums and cannot find anything. also checked various dsm parts vendors and cant find. Any one know where i can get one at?

Re: Throttle Pulley anyone?

a lighter throttle body? how does that help? wouldn't you just want one that is bored out for more air flow? or are you looking to do a weight reduction to the car? i've never heard of a lighter throttle body for quicker responce, you want more responce get a lightweight flywheel... but you also lose torque with the LW flywheel

EDIT: i think, correct me if i'm wrong.

You got me all wrong man, I'm talking about the pulley on the trottle body, the little circular disk thing that has the throttle cable on it. You know the little thing u pull on when you are reving your engine from under the hood By having that lighter you get better throttle response.

Look at it, its like a 4 ounce peice of steel. Belive me dude, if by some odd chance you find one, it wont do you much good. Your money is way better spent on other things.
