Alt. help

ok i have a 302 carb set up, and for some reason my 3g 200amp alt. is not working i dont think it wont charge my battery, the battery goes dead after a few min of running how does the wires go on a carb setup, thanks.

Usually if it goes dead while in motion it is the altenator.

im pritty sure its not the alt.

Take the alt to a auto parts store and have them check it.

does any one know what wires go wear, like the little plug the alt has thanks.

When you installed the 3G alt, did you upgrade the wire as well?

Take a look here and see if this is how you installed.
